By placing an order, booking an appointment, or registering for an event, you agree to the terms below.

1. General Shipping Policy

  • All shipping fees are calculated separately and are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • We reserve the right to select the shipping carrier and service method unless otherwise agreed in writing.

2. Shipping Destinations & Delivery Authorization

  • We only ship or deliver products to addresses explicitly provided and verified during order registration or event sign-up.

  • We will not ship or deliver to alternate addresses provided after order confirmation unless approved in writing.

  • We are not responsible for delivery failures resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

3. Event Pickup & Personal Delivery

A. Event Pickup

For events, conventions, and on-location scanning:

  • Products may be delivered to a designated pickup location announced in advance.

  • Customers are responsible for retrieving their products during event operating hours.

  • Failure to collect products may result in storage fees and/or reshipping charges.

B. Personal Drop-Off

In certain areas, we may offer personal delivery or drop-off services.

  • Drop-off locations must be pre-approved and listed during registration.

  • Delivery times and locations are scheduled in advance.

  • We do not deliver to unverified or last-minute address changes.

4. Out-of-Area & International Shipping

  • Orders requiring shipping outside our standard service area may incur additional delivery fees.

  • Customers are responsible for:

    • International shipping fees

    • Customs duties

    • Import taxes

    • Tariffs

    • Brokerage fees

These fees are not included in base pricing and are non-refundable.

5. Tariffs, Duties & Customs Fees

  • International shipments may be subject to customs duties, VAT, import taxes, and tariffs.

  • These charges are imposed by the destination country and are solely the responsibility of the customer.

  • We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amounts.

  • Refusal to pay customs fees may result in package abandonment, and no refunds will be issued.

6. Delivery Timelines

  • Delivery timelines are estimates only.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by:

    • Shipping carriers

    • Customs processing

    • Weather

    • International logistics

    • Force majeure events

7. Shipping Damage & Claims

  • Customers must inspect deliveries immediately upon receipt.

  • Damage claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery, including:

    • Photos of product damage

    • Photos of packaging

  • Failure to report damage within this timeframe waives replacement eligibility.

8. Undeliverable Packages & Storage Fees

  • Packages returned due to incorrect address information may incur:

    • Reshipping fees

    • Storage charges

  • Items left unclaimed after 30 days may be considered abandoned and forfeited without refund.
