  • Phone numbers — used solely for scheduling appointments and project coordination

No customer accounts are created for this website.
B. Image & Scan Data
Customers may voluntarily upload:

  • 3D scans

  • Photographs

  • Reference images

These materials are used exclusively to create the requested product.
C. Data Retention & Reuse Policy

  • All customer facial scans, body scans, and identifiable imagery are deleted after project completion.

  • We may retain scans and images of clothing only, strictly excluding:

    • Faces

    • Heads

    • Identifiable physical features

  • Retained clothing-only assets may be used for generic modeling, texturing, and garment asset creation.

  • Customers may opt out of clothing data retention during sign-in or on-boarding.

  • No customer imagery is sold, licensed, shared, or used for advertising.

D. Payment Information
Payments are processed through PayPal and Shopify.
We do not collect, store, or process payment information directly. All transactions are handled securely by these platforms under their respective privacy policies.
